During the first 15 days of trading, Darwinex Zero’s risk engine analyzes your trading habits to prepare a DARWIN (investable strategy) for the DarwinIA SILVER program.

What is a DARWIN?

A DARWIN is an investable product that packages your trading strategy with standardized risk, enabling you to attract investor capital and earn performance fees.

How does the Darwinex risk engine work?

The risk engine is the system that connects your trading strategy to the DARWIN. Its job is to adjust the DARWIN’s risk so that all DARWINs have the same maximum risk level of 6.5% monthly Value at Risk (VaR).

Here’s how it works: the risk engine calculates the VaR of your trading strategy and adjusts the size of each position to ensure the DARWIN maintains the target 6.5% VaR. This means the DARWIN’s volatility may be higher or lower than your strategy, depending on whether your strategy’s VaR is below or above 6.5%.

What is DarwinIA?

DarwinIA is a monthly competition where traders with DARWINs can win notional capital allocations.
- Silver: Entry-level allocations. (up to 350k$ allocation per month)
- Gold: Larger allocations for top-performing DARWINs. (up to 500k$ allocation per month)

How do performance fees work?

The better your DARWIN performs, the greater the benefits for both you and your investors.You earn a 15% performance fee on the profits generated from seed capital allocations and investor funds.

Fees are collected transparently and automatically, following the High Water Mark (HWM) principle. This ensures you only earn fees on new profits, without overlapping with profits from previous periods.

How can I withdraw my performance fees?

- Add a bank account in the system.
- Withdrawals are available for amounts over $100.

Note: Fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not available for yearly or 3-year plans.
