Step 1 is for companies that are not yet officially listed on our platform. You can find all unlisted companies in the Unlisted Prop Firms section of our website.

There, users can upvote, review, discuss, and warn others about these companies. Additionally, users can track companies that have been delisted from ChartNomads.com or those that have gone out of business.

Only when users show significant interest in a company's products does the ChartNomads.com team evaluate the potential to move forward with the listing process, ensuring that our platform remains focused on user-driven value and transparency.

In Step 2, company representatives provide detailed information to ensure their listing on ChartNomads.com is accurate and up-to-date.

Once listed, companies are ranked into one of five categories:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond

‍What Does the Category Mean?
Being listed on ChartNomads.com shows potential, but it doesn't guarantee success in the long run. That’s why we use a categorizing system to give users real-time insights into how companies are performing. This helps identify both rising stars and companies that might be struggling—regardless of their time in business.

‍How Are Companies Ranked?
We evaluate companies based on four key metrics:
- Years in Business: How long the company has been operational.
- Total Payout Amount: The total amount paid out to traders.
- Ownership of Technology: Whether the company uses in-house technology or relies on white-label solutions.
- Average Rating: Scores from reviews across various platforms.

These metrics are weighted heavily towards years in business and total payouts, while also considering whether the company owns its technology and the review ratings.

‍Important Rules for New Companies (<1 Year)
New companies (less than 1 year old) are capped at the Silver category. These companies are placed in our Innovation Zone, which includes the Copper and Silver categories. This ensures fairness while allowing users to monitor their growth and potential.

‍Note: ChartNomads.com reserves the right to deny listing requests or remove listed companies at its discretion.

What Happens After a Company is Listed?
‍Once a company is listed on ChartNomads.com, users gain access to:

‍Dynamic Categorizing System
A company’s category is not fixed—it reflects its performance and can change over time. Categories are:
- Upgraded when a company performs well.
- Downgraded if a company underperforms.

Categories are reviewed and updated every 6 months to stay relevant.

We use the same formula introduced during the initial listing stage, which evaluates:
- Years in Business
- Total Paid Amount
- Ownership of Technology
- Review Ratings

Key Difference in Ongoing Categories
For ongoing categories, we only consider reviews from our own platform to ensure consistency and relevance.

To maintain their category, companies must meet specific customer satisfaction requirements, including:
- High review rating
- Fast and reliable payout durations
- Continuous product improvements
- and most importantly Satisfied clients
