To maintain a fair and secure trading environment, ATFunded enforces the following rules and restricted practices. Violations may result in profit removal, account breach (read-only), or termination of access.

1. Prohibited Trading Practices

ATFunded explicitly forbids certain behaviors to preserve market integrity and evaluate individual skill:

• Copytrading / Shared EAs: Using third-party EAs, trade copiers, or identical signals such that multiple traders place the same trades will be flagged as copytrading and can lead to failure. You may use EAs, trade copiers, and risk tools only if not used for copy signals or the restricted methods below.
• Arbitrage / Latency Exploits: Latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, hedge arbitrage, tick-scalping, or any exploitation of price feed inefficiencies is prohibited.
• High-Frequency Trading (HFT): HFT EAs or similar ultra-short-horizon automation are not allowed.
• Reverse Trading & Group Hedging: Opening opposing positions across multiple demo accounts (or coordinating across prop firms) to offset risk is forbidden.
• Gambling Behavior: Over-leveraging after warnings can lead to termination. “Account rolling” (buying many accounts to bypass allocation rules) is prohibited. Additionally, at least 50% of your trades must be held > 1 minute; excessive sub-minute flipping violates policy.
• Minimum Trades Anti-Gaming: During each pay period you must complete 5 valid trades. A valid trade’s lot size must be at least 80% of your largest trade’s lot size in that period. Attempts to bypass (e.g., opening a 60-second trade just to count) can be disqualified.

2. News Trading Rule

News trading is not allowed. For high-impact events (red-folder):

• Restricted window: From 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after the event, you must not open trades, set/trigger pending orders, modify, or close trades (including automatic TP hits).
• What is allowed: You may keep trades open through the event and trade pairs not affected by the news.
• Consequences: Profits made in violation are removed automatically; repeated breaches can lead to an account breach.

3. Inactivity Rule

• 30-Day Inactivity: If an account is unused for 30 days, it will be breached and set to read-only.
• Unrecoverable After 7 Days: If you do not contact ATFunded within 7 days after the breach, the account becomes unrecoverable.
• Planned Absences: If you expect to be away > 30 days, contact support to arrange a reasonable pause.

4. Drawdown & Margin (Quick Reference)

• Daily Drawdown: 4% of starting balance calculated at 00:00 server time each day.
• Max (Overall) Drawdown: 10% of starting balance; level does not trail up with profits.
• Margin: Margin call at 110%, stop-out at 100%. Hitting stop-out breaches the account.

5. Breaches & Enforcement

• Automated Detection: Exceeding daily or overall drawdown flags the account and sets it to read-only; the evaluation is unsuccessful.
• Next Steps: You must purchase a new account to try again.
• Severe/Repeated Violations: Prohibited strategies or T&C violations may result in permanent bans.
